I have six rolls of 220 film in my fridge right now. It may not be being manufactured anymore, but you can still buy it. I do quite often, but the film is expired. So, still a benefit until it's all gone.

As far as the prism goes, yes I'm aware you can get one with a light meter as both were offered. You can also switch them out with newer ones. It costs more, and my Pentax 6x7 came without a light meter. (Maybe more clarification is needed here. I could add this to my list of pros.)
