During the past year, I've commuted through a few different neighborhoods and the trash is present in them all. Every day it seems like more is piling on, and it is frustrating considering how often we vote on different solutions to help the homeless community.

There's seems to be a disconnect as I can't see where the money and efforts are going as I navigate the city these days.
